     a) be grateful

     b) perform Suju

     c) cleave out of the fear

     d) become as soft as cotton

     e) glorifies the Lord of the world.

Answer: c) it will crack out of the fear.

"Had We sent down this Quran on a mountain, you would surely have seen it humbling itself and cleaving out of the fear of Allah. Such are the parables which We put forward to mankind that they may reflect." (59:21).

Quran is a Divine Book of Allah revealed to Our Prophet Mohammed (ﷺ) through Jibreel (AS). It was revealed part by part for a period of twenty-three years. It is a ‘Literary Miracle’, an ‘Intellectual Treasure’, carrying in it ‘Timeless Words’ of Allah.

Quran is a book of law, wisdom, worship, summons, commands and invocations. It is a study guide of life, death and Hereafter. It contains great realities, greatest stories, many scientific proofs and most eloquent advices. Unlike other religious books its content has been unchanged for so many centuries. It is preserved, protected and guarded by Allah Himself, as an honorable recital, in Al-Lauh Al- Mahfuz. None can touch it but the purified (the angels).

Allah says in Quran itself about Quran:

"It is a guidance to those who love and fear Allah" (2:2).

"It is an honorable, well protected, well purified Book" (56:77 to 9)

"It is an admonition for the pious" (24:34).

"It is a book with full of Wisdom (36:2; 43:4), a perfect wisdom" (54:5).

"The criteria between right & wrong, (2:185) true or false" (85:21) and

"It brings Jinn & mankind from darkness to light" (65:11).

"Its records are held in honor by exalted and purified." (80:13 and 14)

" Indeed, it has come from Allah a light" (5:15)

"Book of perfect consistency and repeated lessons (39:27)

"With verses perfectly explained in Arabic delivering good news and warning” (41:3,4)

"With verses that can remember easily.” (54:17)

O mankind! It has come to you as a good advice from the Lord and a healing for (for the disease like ignorance, doubt, hypocrisy and differences, etc.) the breasts - a guidance and a mercy for the believers. (10:57). Its verses resembling each other in goodness and truth, oft-repeated. The skins of those who fear their Lord shiver from it (when they recite it or hear it). Then their skin and their heart soften to the remembrance of Allah. (39:23). The Quran will spare the one who is reciting, from the calamities of the Hereafter. It gives protection and salvation.  It has no crookedness and it deserves more careful study. Its style is unique, neither poetry nor prose but a mixture of both. It draws one closer to Allah. Its recitation is moving. It raises the status of man in both the worlds.  Each letter when recited is rewarded ten times. "This is a blessed Book which we have sent down, so follow it and fear Allah that you may receive Mercy" (6:155).

Following are the words of Prophet (ﷺ) about Quran:

 • "Quran will intercede for its reciter on the Day of Judgement."

 • "The best of the people are the ones who learn the Quran and teach it to others.”

 • "Whoever puts it in front of him, it will lead him to Paradise. Whoever puts behind him it will steer him to the Hell Fire."

 • "Read Quran, elevate your position in the Paradise and beautify your voice. For verily your position in the Paradise will be decided by the last verse you recite in this dunya."
