10. Can you recall the ayath related to this picture ?
Answer:
The doors of heaven shall not be opened for them (sinners and arrogant deniers)
nor shall they enter the garden until the camel pass through the eye of the
needle" [Al-Araf, 7:40].
Allah compares their situation with a camel. It is impossible for a camel (جَمَلُ) to pass through the eye of a needle (سَمِّ الْخِيَاطِ). Likewise, the arrogant deniers and
sinners, it is not possible for them to pass through the gates of Paradise. It
is a hyperbole, a figure of speech that exaggerates and lays emphasis.
There is claim that the word (جَمَلُ) in
this ayath is translated as “camel” should actually be a “cable or
rope"” Mujahid and Ikrimah said that Ibn Abbas used to recite this
Ayah this way, "Until the thick rope goes through the eye of the
needle,"
Once the Prophet (SAW) warned his companions, saying, "You should know
that you will not get entry into Paradise merely by virtue of your deeds".
They asked "Is it we or you also?" He replied, "Yes, I too shall
enter Paradise, merely by Allah's Grace and Mercy."
So repent for your sins and pray to Almighty Allah for Jannah in the Hereafter
as guided in the Quran:
★ “And make me one of the inheritors of the Paradise of Delight.”
[Ash-Shuara, 26:85]
★ “My Lord! build for me a house with Thee in the garden” [At-Tahrim,
66:11]
★ “O Allah! I ask for Jannah” [Abu Dawud, Al-Albani, Sahih Ibn Majah 2/328]
Ya Allah! Make our whole family enter into Jannathul Firdhouse! Ameen Ya
Rubb!
الحمدلله
