13. Can you rememeber the two verse related to this picture?
Answer:
Have you
not seen how your Lord extends the shade—He could have simply made it ˹remain˺
still if He so willed—then We make the sun its guide, [25: 45]
وَٱللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّمَّا خَلَقَ ظِلَـٰلًۭا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْجِبَالِ أَكْنَـٰنًۭا
And Allah
has provided you shade out of what He created [16:81]
One of the signs and blessings of Allahuthala is the sunlight and shade. He has created these two blessings by His Supreme power and infinite wisdom. The shades are longer at sun rise continue to become shortened as time goes and become shortest at noon. Then the shades start lengthening and at the sunsets they become the longest. Allah referred this as "We pulled it toward Us in a gradual manner." Which means shortening or lengthening of the shades takes place by His Supreme Power
The entire humanity draws unlimited benefits from sunlight and its shades. But little attention is paid to this entire process. He would have made sunlight and shades stationary but in His Wisdom He has not done so.
The shade of
earth and the shade in Paradise is often linked to the following Hadhees:
The Prophet[SAW] said: Allah will give shade to seven on the Day when there will be no shade but His. A just ruler; a youth who grew up in the worship of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic; a man whose heart is attached to the mosques; two men who love each other for Allah’s sake, meeting for that and parting upon that; a man who is called by a woman of beauty and position [for illegal intercourse], but he says: ‘I fear Allah’, a man who gives in charity and hides it, such that his left hand does not know what his right hand gives in charity; and a man who remembered Allah in private and so his eyes shed tears. [Al-Bukhaaree, Muslim]
