Answer:

Sulaiman (AS).

Explanation:

★ Sulaiman (AS) inherited the Kingship of Israelites from his father Dawud (AS)
★ He was also granted the Prophethood by Allah
★ He prayed for an unique  Kingdom that had not been given to anyone before and  after him.
★ His prayer was graciously accepted.
★ No kingdom that followed him had these characteristics.
★ By the will and permission of Allahuthala he had made this prayer.
★ He  worked with very high objectives.
★ He was also blessed with wisdom,
★ He was also given a mine of copper (a rare metal of that time).
★ He communicate with birds, animals and ants.
★ He was also granted command over the winds.
★ All the Jinns, builder and diver were also given under his command.

"To Sulaiman (AS), [We subjected] the wind - its morning [journey was that of] a month - and its afternoon [journey was that of] a month, and We made flow for him a spring of [liquid] copper. And among the jinn were those who worked for him by the permission of his Lord. And whoever deviated among them from Our command - We will make him taste of the punishment of the Blaze. They made for him what he willed of elevated chambers, statues, bowls like reservoirs, and stationary kettles. [We said], "Work, O family of David, in gratitude." And few of My servants are grateful."
 [34:12-13]

Allah Subhanhuthala said to him, “This is Our gift, so grant or withhold without account.”
[38:39].

No Prophet received so many favours from Allahuthala like him.

At the same time he was tested like other Prophets: "And indeed We tested Sulaiman while We threw on his throne a body after which he turned (to Us)." (38:34)

Sulaiman (AS) along his father Dawud (AS) acknowledged their Bestower, “All praise is for Allah Who has privileged us over many of His faithful servants." [27:15]

The superiority he was granted only increased his humility. He thanked Allah by praying:

"My Lord! Inspire me to always be thankful for Your favours which You have blessed me and my parents with, and to do good deeds that please you. Admit me, by Your mercy, into the company of Your righteous servants.” [27:19].

Allah Subhanahuthala gives things whomsoever He will.

The Holy Qur'an praises him, saying, "And to Dawud  (AS) We gave Sulaiman (AS). An excellent servant, indeed he was one repeatedly turning back [to Allāh]. [38:30].

الحمدلله
